Who we are

untangled.im is operated by SC Contracting Services (SCCS), a company registered in the Isle of Man (company number 030873B). For any privacy questions or data requests, contact us at hello@untangled.im.

What this site is for

untangled.im advertises our services and acts as a portal for registered customers to upload, view and review documents relating to past or current projects we are working on together.

What data we collect

• Enquiries: name, email address and phone number when you contact us through the enquiry form.
• Client accounts: if you become a registered client, project-related material such as action plans, workflow documentation and related files that you or we upload to your workspace.

We collect the minimum information required to deliver our services. We don't collect data we don't need.

How your data is protected

Client documents are only accessible to the authenticated customer they belong to. Full authentication and per-user access controls are enforced at the database level so that one customer cannot see another customer's documents.

Where your data is stored

All data and documents are stored exclusively on Lovable Cloud, which provides our hosting and database. We do not keep copies on personal devices, separate servers or third-party cloud drives.

Third parties we use

• Lovable.dev — website and application hosting, including database and authentication.
• Revolut Business — processes any payments made to us. Card details are handled by Revolut directly and are never stored on our systems.

Marketing emails

We may occasionally send updates or marketing emails to enquirers and clients. This is opt-in — you choose whether to receive them, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We will never sell or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

Your control over your data

• You can download any document from your workspace and remove it yourself at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and any associated data by emailing hello@untangled.im.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it.

Children

untangled.im is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting registered clients will also be communicated by email.
